Log-In Problems?
Lots of people have had some issues so I wanted to try to address this. 99% of the time - the problems were with understanding the difference between registering and logging onto the Site (to leave a comment or whatnot) versus logging in to the Custom Shop Products Page.
When you register for the site, an email is sent to you confirming that you’re a real person and not a penis enlargement/viagra/cialis spambot. Then you choose a username and password for the site. This gets you general site access, gives you user privileges etc.
However, it does NOT get you into the products page. (this is actually stated in the conformation message you get when you register) Sometime after your registration is complete I manually go in and send out separate usernames and separate passwords to your same email address that will give you access to the Products Page. This email is always titled: “Custom Shop Log-In Info” in the subject line. This email has the info to get you into the products page. When I say “manually”, I mean it. I validate every single registered user into the products page by hand. Most of you will understand why. That’s why that email is not an immediate response. i usually get to all of them withing a few hours or a day at most.
I think some people do not read the message or don’t go to the products page immediately and then forget that there’s two sets of access codes. Or just haven’t received my access email yet when they attempt to access the page. Only one person so far has not been able to access the secure ordering page. In that case - I recommended trying the same thing on another computer, and it worked for him fine.
I apologize for the redundant, extra work but I think you can understand our need for the security. Thanks for perservering.
